Move Away from Ink and Paper with Confidence
Use Entrust document signing certificates to generate trusted digital signatures and seals embedding verified identity and/or organization details.
Our certificates are trusted and compatible with major document readers and editors, such as Adobe Acrobat solutions or Microsoft Word.
Document Signing Certificates Benefits
Digital signature combines strong identity verification, authenticated signing processes, and document integrity mechanisms to provide the highest levels of assurance.
Trusted digital signatures and seals on documents provide real guarantees of ownership and integrity, as well as non-repudiation when combined with timestamping.
Entrust is a member of the Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL) and Microsoft Root Program. Our certificates are recognized and trusted across the globe.
Start signing in three steps
- Buy your certificate license on the Entrust e-store and convert it into a document signing certificate in your Entrust account.
- Entrust will verify your identity and/or organization details and ship you a secure USB token if you do not have one already.*
- Install your certificate in the USB token and start signing using any compatible tool, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.*
*Note: Enterprise document signing certificates require an HSM (use your own or buy one from us)
